Yes. The Free plan is free forever for up to 5 users, no credit card required, with every feature included. It's a good way to try Easy OKR with a small team before you commit to anything.

It depends on how many people need an account to log in and actively use Easy OKR to create and update OKRs, update the status of activities, or contribute to progress etc.

A few examples:
A 10-person startup with a flat structure, where everyone owns and updates their own OKRs, would need 10 users.
An 80-employee organization with several management layers, where only leadership and team leads actively set and update OKRs while the rest follow along, might only need around 20 users.
A 150-employee organization rolling OKRs out organization-wide, where almost every employee has their own account, might need around 100 users. Some positions may not be involved in the OKR process, such as receptionists, cleaners, canteen staff, drivers, or employees working in operational roles where OKRs are not relevant or practical.

The key is to count the people who will actually use Easy OKR, rather than counting everyone employed by your organization. More on deciding who should be using the OKR tool in your organization.

You pay one flat monthly fee based on the size of your organization, not a price per user. As long as your team fits within your plan's user limit, the price stays the same whether you have 6 people or 50. You're billed automatically every month until you unsubscribe. Unsubscribing is easily done in a few clicks from within the applications settings page.

Yes, any time from Settings → Billing. Because pricing is flat per plan rather than per seat, going from 10 to 11 users on the Standard plan doesn't change your bill, for example. You only need to upgrade once you cross your plan's user limit, and if your team shrinks you can move to a smaller plan on your next billing cycle.

Because it's easier for you. Keeping things easy is the mantra behind everything we build at Easy OKR, including how we price it. With per-seat pricing, someone on your team has to keep track of every user, activate accounts, deactivate accounts, and worry about the bill changing every time someone joins or leaves. With a flat price, you invite everyone who should be using Easy OKR and never have to think about it again.

We accept major credit and debit cards for all plans, including Scale.

No. There's no binding contract on any plan. Cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing, and you'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.

If Easy OKR isn't a good fit, reach out to us within 14 days of being charged and we'll refund you, no questions asked.

Yes. Your data is hosted in the EU and protected with administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. We never sell your data, and only work with trusted service providers to help run the platform. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Every paid plan includes email support to help you get up and running whenever you need it. We don’t provide tailored, on-site onboarding. We believe it shouldn’t be necessary — we’ve designed Easy OKR to be one of the easiest-to-use OKR tools on the market. If you still need extensive onboarding, we haven’t made Easy OKR simple enough.

Most teams are up and running in minutes: sign up, and just alter the sample OKR's or create new ones, then invite your team, no installation required. Because it's self-serve with monthly billing and no contract, most organizations don't need to involve IT or procurement.
