There isn't an automated spreadsheet importer today. Most teams recreate their current cycle's objectives and key results directly in Easy OKR, which usually takes less time than expected since the app is built to make entry quick.

Your data stays in your workspace and remains available if you resubscribe. If you'd like your data permanently deleted after cancelling, contact info@easyokr.eu and we'll take care of it.

It's a summary of Key Results and activities that need a look, such as items that haven't been updated in a while, overdue activities, or Key Results trending away from their target. It's the fastest way to see what to check in on first.

Yes. Go to your Profile page and upload a picture (JPEG, PNG, GIF, or WEBP, up to 5 MB). You can change or remove it at any time.

You can leave an organization at any time from your Profile page, which removes your access to that workspace. To have your personal account fully deleted, contact info@easyokr.eu and we'll take care of it.

Yes, any time from Settings → Billing. Pricing is a flat monthly fee based on the size of your organization, not a per-user charge.

No. There's no binding contract on any plan. Cancel any time from Settings → Billing.

Users with the Company Admin role. From there you can manage your review cadence, roles, company info, billing, invitations, and join requests. Ask an existing admin to grant you the role from App Roles in Admin settings if you need access.

Go to Admin → Invitations and remove the user from your organization. This revokes their access immediately.

Yes. The Audit Log in your Admin area records changes made in your workspace, such as role and settings changes, so you have a record of who changed what.

Yes. Easy OKR includes a read-only MCP (Model Context Protocol) server so AI assistants can look up your objectives, key results, KPIs, and check-ins. See the MCP page for setup steps.

Every organization's data is isolated by tenant and we never sell your data. Admins can export or permanently delete their organization's OKR data from Admin → Our Data, and any user can download their personal data from their Profile page. See our Trust Center and Privacy Policy for full details.
