Security and privacy shouldn't be a mystery. Here's a plain explanation of how Easy OKR keeps your OKRs and your organization's information safe.
Access to your workspace is protected by authentication and role-based permissions, and all traffic to and from Easy OKR is encrypted in transit. Individual OKRs stay private to their owner, and company and team-level goals follow the roles and permissions your organization sets up.
Every organization's data is isolated by tenant. We never sell your data, and only work with trusted service providers to run the platform.
Easy OKR is hosted on Microsoft Azure with automated backups, so your OKRs and historical progress are recoverable if something goes wrong.
Easy OKR runs on Microsoft Azure. Application data is stored in Azure's managed storage services, which provide encryption at rest and redundancy by default.
Sign-in is handled through Auth0, an industry-standard identity provider, so your organization's credentials are never stored directly by Easy OKR.
We rely on a small number of trusted sub-processors to operate the service, including our hosting provider (Microsoft Azure) and our identity provider (Auth0). On our public website we also use Google Analytics, but only for visitors who allow analytics cookies. We don't use advertising trackers, and we don't sell your data.
