Marketing and OKR Evangelist

We're looking for one person to join us as a Marketing and OKR Evangelist.
Remote · Part-time or contract

This role is about getting Easy OKR in front of the right people. You'll tell our story through content, social media and events, build relationships with communities and partners, and show leaders why simple OKRs work. You'll also do some light OKR coaching, enough to speak with real authority and to bring what you hear back to our product team.

What you'll do

• Plan and run our marketing: content, social media, newsletter and campaigns
• Write practical articles for our blog and Help Center that rank well and help readers
• Speak about OKRs at meetups, webinars and podcasts, and host our own sessions
• Build relationships with communities, consultants and partners who work with small and medium sized organizations
• Give short OKR coaching sessions and workshops that show the method in practice
• Share what the market is asking for with our product team

What we're looking for

• Experience in marketing, community building or business development
• Solid understanding of OKRs from using them inside a real organization, not just theory
• You are based in Oslo (Norway) or nearby, with the flexibility to meet in person regularly
• A confident writer and speaker who explains goal setting in plain, jargon-free language
• Enjoys reaching out to new people and building a network from scratch
• Self-directed: we're a small team, so you'll own this area end to end
