How we use cookies

Easy OKR uses cookies differently depending on where you are. This page explains what we use on our marketing website (the pages you're reading right now, like the homepage, blog, and pricing) and what the Easy OKR app uses once you sign in. We don't use advertising cookies anywhere, and we don't sell data collected through cookies.

On the marketing website

The marketing website doesn't set any cookies other than optional analytics cookies, and we only set those if you allow them in the cookie banner. Your cookie choice itself is remembered in your browser's local storage, not a cookie.

If you choose "Decline", the Google Analytics script is never loaded and no analytics cookies are set. Google publishes more detail in its privacy and terms for businesses.

In the Easy OKR app

Once you sign in and start using the app, it uses essential cookies that are required for it to work and can't be switched off. The app doesn't use Google Analytics or any other analytics cookies, and the cookie banner and choice above don't apply there.

Signing in is handled by Auth0, our identity provider. Auth0 sets these cookies as part of the sign-in process, solely to keep your login session secure.

What we don't use

We don't use cookies for advertising, ad personalization, or cross-site tracking, and we don't share your data with advertising networks.

Managing cookies

You can change or withdraw your analytics choice for the marketing website at any time. Use the button below, or the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every marketing page. When you withdraw analytics consent we stop using analytics cookies and remove the ones already stored in your browser.

Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies through their own settings. Blocking the app's essential cookies may prevent you from staying signed in.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookies Policy from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
