Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using EasyOKR. By creating an account or using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use EasyOKR.
1. Parties and Acceptance
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you (individually or on behalf of your organisation, "Customer") and Lachica Systems ("we", "us", "our"), the operator of EasyOKR, registered in Norway.
By registering for or using EasyOKR, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old, have the authority to bind your organisation to these Terms, and have read and accepted our Privacy Policy.
2. Description of Service
EasyOKR is a cloud-based OKR (Objectives and Key Results) management platform that allows organisations to set, track, and review goals across teams and individuals. Features include goal-setting, real-time progress tracking, check-ins, analytics, and integrations with third-party tools.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for material changes affecting paid customers.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You must notify us immediately at info@easyokr.eu if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
- One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account.
- Accounts registered by automated methods are not permitted.
4. Subscription Plans and Payment
4.1 Free plan
A basic free tier is available with limited features. No credit card is required. We may change the features included in the free tier with reasonable notice.
4.2 Paid plans
Paid subscription plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are listed on our pricing page and exclude VAT where applicable. All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
4.3 Renewals and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no refunds are issued for partial periods except where required by law.
4.4 Price changes
We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' written notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use EasyOKR to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Upload or transmit content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or infringing of third-party rights.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the software.
- Use the service to build a competing product.
- Transmit unsolicited commercial messages or spam.
- Overload or disrupt the infrastructure of the service.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without notice or refund.
6. Customer Data and Intellectual Property
6.1 Your data
You retain full ownership of all data, OKRs, and content you upload to EasyOKR ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process Customer Data solely to provide the service.
6.2 Our intellectual property
EasyOKR, its codebase, design, trademarks, and all related intellectual property are owned by Lachica Systems. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the service as described herein.
6.3 Feedback
If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant us a royalty-free, worldwide licence to use that feedback to improve EasyOKR without any obligation to you.
7. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to keep the other's confidential information confidential and not to disclose it to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law. "Confidential information" includes pricing, technical architecture, and business processes.
8. Warranties and Disclaimers
We will use reasonable skill and care to provide EasyOKR. The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lachica Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with these Terms or use of the service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Norwegian law.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lachica Systems and its employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms or if continued provision of the service would expose us to legal liability.
Upon termination, your right to use EasyOKR ceases. We will make your Customer Data available for export for 30 days after termination, after which it will be permanently deleted.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Oslo District Court (Oslo tingrett).

13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email and by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of EasyOKR after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
